How do I place an order on Groundtechdetectors.com?

You can place your order online at www.groundtechdetectors.com or by calling Customer Services department.
Ordering on groundtechdetectors.com is easy and secure.
Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click the “ADD TO CART” button to place it in your basket.
* After adding an item, click “SHOPPING CART” on the right side.
* Click ‘’SECURE PAYMENT’’ at the bottom after checking your registration information and then continue.
* Fill in the shipping address on the next page and click “CONTINUE”. Choose your payment method in the new page and fill in the information.
* Click “COMPLETE ORDER” to place your order.

Can I add and/or drop an item or exchange my order?

Before the order is completed, you can add, remove or exchange an item. You can also call our Customer Service Center for further information.

Do I have to register for shopping?

You do not have to register to shop on our site. However, registration is required for fast ordering, to benefit from special promotions, and to cancel or return orders more quickly.

What is ``shopping cart``, how can I use it?

The “shopping cart” is a display on the right side of the homepage that you will use while shopping. You can do the following:
You can add items to your basket by clicking “ADD TO CART”.
You can determine the number of items you have selected.
While shopping, if you’d like to remove any item that you have added to your basket, click “x” on the right side and remove it from your basket.
You can see the subtotal, discount total shipping fee and final total on your Shopping Cart page.

How long can I keep my items in the shopping cart?

You can keep the selected items in your basket until they are out of stock. When the item is out of stock, it is automatically removed from your cart.

My order did not go through, but I have been charged for it. What can I do?

You can send the relevant receipt or bank statement showing the money withdrawn from your account by e-mail to sales@groundtechdetectors.com, or call our Customer Service Department at +90 216 421 3030

After my order, the price is decreased. What can I do?

We cannot change the price or pay you the difference after you have placed your order.
