You can track your orders in real time.
To find out the status of open orders, go to the "My account" section. Then click "My orders" and select the order you wish to track.
Orders can have the following statuses:
Once your order has been recorded and your payment authorised, your order status will change to "confirmed". An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. The "order confirmed" status automatically generates a purchase order. You can view and print your order by going to "My account" and "My orders"
Your order has been sent to our logistics partner. Once your items become available, they will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipping.
Our carrier has picked up your order.
Once you have received the order, its status switches to "Order delivered". You can view your invoice by going to "My account" and "My orders".
This status appears when you have cancelled your order through our Customer Service Department. Details of each Customer Service operation are sent to you personally and confirmed by e-mail.
