What is your return policy from Turkey?

You can return your purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date. Returning products must be unused and not assembled. You should return your product and its all accessories with original package and invoice. Your purchased item can be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14-days of receipt for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee, and minus shipping.

How can I exchange an item?

You can follow returning process for your purchased items within 14 days by covering the shipping fee yourself and in the meantime, you can place a new order.

Which items can I return?

You can return your purchased items if they are in sellable condition, have not been assembled and used.

If I return my order, will I be charged for shipping?

While returning and exchanging your purchased items, shipping fee must be covered by you.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from my orders link in the user panel if it is not shipped. Otherwise, you have to follow returning procedures.

When will I be reimbursed for the payment made by my credit card?

You will be reimbursed within 14 days.

Can I re-order the items I previously cancelled?

You can re-order the same items if they still exist in our stocks.

How can I track the process after I return the item?

You can track the delivery status from DHL’s web page through your tracking code. When we receive the returned items we will send an information e-mail.

I cannot see the reimbursement on my bank account. What should I do?

We will send you a reference number by e-mail after we made the reimbursement payment. You can contact your bank with this number

In which circumstances your company refuses to accept the returning items?

We will not accept the delivery if the item is not in original package.
We will not accept the delivery if the invoice is absent.
We will charge the fixing fee if there is any user fault occurred in the item or the product is assembled.
We will charge the tool and accessories prices if there is any absent.

The package is damaged what should I do?

Please do not accept the injured packages and ask the cargo officer to write a report.

There is a production damage on the item what should I do?

You can return or exchange your order without shipping fee if there is a producer based default on the product.

I injured my product what should I do?

Please send a photo of injured part to by email [email protected] or WhatsApp +90 542 288 3030 or +90 216 421 3030 After that we will inform you the spare part cost by e-mail. Once you make the payment we will prepare and send the spare part without shipping fee.
